Ho acquistato ieri sera la powerpack spring 2009.La sto scaricando con ktorrent e mi sembra un po' lentina, max 40 KB/s di download .Dalle 22 di ieri all'incirca 1GB su 4,36Gb. Mi pare che andavo molto piu' veloce con le precedenti versioni free. Che ne dite?

Scusa ma se hai fatto l'acquisto,dovresti scaricare in ftp,almeno è quello che ho fatto dopo l'acquisto(parlo di release precedenti).

Mah, io ho seguito quanto indicato dal sito di download, dove si raccomanda l'uso dei torrent:
" We generally recommend the use of Bittorrent, which provides a good way for downloading ISO files. We have set up a special page on BitTorrent that explains how to fix most of the problems you might encounter with BitTorrent. If you cannot use BitTorrent, you can use following mirrors providing the Mandriva Linux ISOs exclusively to Club members. Keep in mind though that these HTTP mirrors do not provide as faultless ISOs as when using BitTorrent."
Non so valutare se mi conviene ora fermare il torrent e passare ad altra modalita. In fondo non è un problema enorme. E' solo che mi pare un po' lungo per un sito gestito. Ciao.

Volete ridere? Ho spostato il torrent incompleto su windows ( mi serviva per qualche ora ) per non sospendere il download e con Vuze la velocità di scaricamento è schizzata a piu di 400 KB/s . Terminato in un'ora e mezza. Mah...

40KB/s... mmm sembra come che il tuo provider filtri il traffico peer-to-peer. Avevi attivato l'offuscamento in KTorrent?

Secondo me in Vuze è attivato di default, mentre in KTorrent no... (è solo una supposizione).
