La demo parte e l'audio si sente, e l'audio si sente , solo che il programma và in crash prima del video introduttivo (quello che nella demo per "Finestre" fà vedere l'atterraggio della navicella)

Da che puà dipendere?

Non è che tu abbia detto molto perchè ti si possa dare una risposta. Lancia il gioco da shell, guarda se c'è qualche errore e posta l'output. Io ho installato il gioco completo e va benissimo..

Questa è l'ultima parte dello script. C'è da dire anche che l'accelerazine grafica funziona ma il comando "flxgears" mi và in segmentation fault così:

Stranamente quella libreria mancante me la segnalava anche con altre applicazioni, ho provveduto quindi ad installare di nuovo :

ati-xorg-32bit-compat

.....domanda.....ma quinid Doom3 è a ancora a 32 bit no?

in che senso??

se hai una macchina a 32 bit solo programmi compilati per 32 bit fungono.
(o al max 16 bit^^)

io ho un 64 bit ma non ho capito se le openGL in qualche modo sono influenzate da questo.

Qualcuno è riuscito a fare funzionare la demo su Linux ?

A me mi funziona tutto fino a che non carica il gioco (dopo il trailer iniziale), quindi quando finisce di blaterare sulla UAC crasha o meglio termina. Quasto è il log:
