Jan 10 23:13:51 localhost kernel: usb 7-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 18
Jan 10 23:13:51 localhost kernel: usb 7-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice

Jan 10 23:13:57 localhost chipcardd[7805]: devicemanager.c: 3374: Changes in hardware list
Jan 10 23:14:01 localhost kernel: usb 7-1: New USB device found, idVendor=22b8, idProduct=4180
Jan 10 23:14:01 localhost kernel: usb 7-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
Jan 10 23:14:01 localhost kernel: usb 7-1: Product: W230
Jan 10 23:14:01 localhost kernel: usb 7-1: Manufacturer: Motorola
Jan 10 23:14:02 localhost kernel: scsi 7:0:0:0: Direct-Access Motorola W230 Mobile PQ: 0 ANSI: 5

L'unità viene riconosciuta
Jan 10 23:14:03 localhost kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: [sdb] 990627 512-byte hardware sectors (507 MB)
Jan 10 23:14:03 localhost kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: [sdb] Write Protect is off
Jan 10 23:14:03 localhost kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through

Poi qui però succede qualche cosa di brutto

Jan 10 23:14:12 localhost kernel: unable to read partition table
Jan 10 23:14:12 localhost kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI removable disk
Jan 10 23:14:12 localhost kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg2 type 0

trova drive adatti. Se qualcuno trova la soluzione...
